Sponsor:	I would like to participate as a sponsor at % of gross sales for Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Sponsors donate 10% of day’s sales (breakfast, lunch, and /or dinner) or January 24, 2012 to the Child Advocacy Center.
Contributor:	I cannot participate as a sponsor this year but would to make a contribution of $ to the Child Advocacy Center.
